Why do some items have no images and such short descriptions?
This is because we import the information into our database from our suppliers, that is all we are given.
We then source the images and information and add it to the product.
We prefer to have no picture than a bad quality image of a product, as you can see we take pride in our shop :).
The store floors are cleaned once an hour and all the shelves dusted as well as the products packed neatly on the shelves :)

I saw a product on promotion last month and now it is on again for the same price?
Products are given to us at reduced prices by our suppliers for limited periods.
The supplier may decide to continue with the promotion or put it up again a week or two later, we will put them up again and give you the best price we get.
We do put expiry dates on these products. If our suppliers say that their offer to us ends on a certain day then the product goes back to the normal selling price. [Back To Top]
Why are some of the promotion discounts so big and others so little?
It all depend on our supplier, sometimes the prices they give are great and are really a good deal.
There are times where we wonder why they even bother :)

Check the ticket that has been assigned to your order, that will give you up to the minute information on your order.

Delivery is done either by ourselves or by a courier depending on the location.
Why did you let me purchase the product if it in now not available.
At the time you purchased the stock was available but due to the time it takes for EFT transfers or you been available for security checks on a Credit Card purchase the item was sold out :(
